Please contact the property in advance in order to arrange payment and organise an appointment for key collection. Please note that a contract will have to be signed at the agency for the rental.
The service charge includes the bed linen, towels and cleaning fees.
Please note that a EUR 500 damages deposit will be requested upon arrival. This may be used to charge for any damages incurred to the studio during your stay and will be returned upon your departure. A security deposit of EUR 500 is required upon arrival for incidentals. This deposit is fully refundable upon check-out and subject to a damage inspection of the accommodation.

西班牙第二大城巴塞隆納17日發生廂型車衝撞人群的恐怖攻擊，造成13死百餘人受傷。媒體報導，恐攻主嫌遭到警方擊斃，不過西班牙警方回應表示，廂型車駕駛可能還活著，並仍在逃。
一名駕駛17日在巴塞隆納最著名的蘭布拉大道（Las Ramblas）開著白色飛雅特廂型車高速衝撞人群，之後棄車逃逸。這起衝撞事件造成13人喪生，上百人受傷。西班牙政府將這起事件定調為恐怖攻擊。
數個小時後，警方在沿海岸線與巴塞隆納相距約120公里的坎布里爾斯（Cambrils）擊斃5人，因為他們當時開車衝撞行人和警察。西國媒體報導，恐攻主嫌在坎布里爾斯被警方開槍打死。
不過，根據路透社報導，巴塞隆納所屬的加泰隆尼亞自治區警長查比羅（Josep Lluis Trapero）表示，無法證實廂型車駕駛就是在加泰隆尼亞自治區濱海市鎮坎布里爾斯遭擊斃的5名男子之一。
余天與李亞萍小女兒余苑綺4年前曾罹患大腸癌第三期，但她不僅挺過1年半的化療，更與交往半年的男友Gary懷上寶寶！媽媽李亞萍證實，女兒懷的是目前已經5個月大的小孫女，大家暫時稱余家第一千金為「丫頭」。
因為得過癌症，加上卵巢為曲線型，醫生曾斷言余苑綺懷孕機率僅百萬分之一，不過日前她被《壹週刊》拍到，身穿寬鬆黑色連身裙，腳踩平底鞋，小腹微凸與男友到竹圍漁港採買。報導指出，李亞萍證實女兒懷孕消息，小倆口也已經完成登記，不過因為余苑綺相當在意身材，婚禮將在她生產完並身材恢復後才會舉辦。

對於第一個小孫女，余天開心地說：「小孩是我們家第一個第三代，綺綺苦盡甘來，希望他們母女一生都健康。」李亞萍也笑說：「綺綺將來一定是個很兇惡的媽媽，絕對我會是白臉，她是黑臉。」原來是余苑綺已經開始警告爸媽「小孩不能太寵。」
李亞萍感性的說：「綺綺很坎坷，一場病後，上帝送她第一樁最好的事情，就是身體變化，結果是個好事。」做父母雖然會擔心，但也對小倆口充滿祝福。
